Jim Dickerson Company is a family owned and operated business serving the Charlotte and surrounding areas. Jim learned plumbing from his father-in-law Chester H. Creed before establishing the business. He and his wife Judy launched Jim Dickerson Plumbing in 1977 as a single-truck operation that expanded significantly over time.
Over the years, due to customer demand, we added Electrical and Heating and Air divisions to our company. In 2005, the company relocated to an 11,000-square-foot facility featuring a 7,000-square-foot warehouse. This space allows us to stock commonly used parts, water heaters, fixtures, and equipment, facilitating prompt service availability including after-hours and weekend operations.
Jim's daughters, Debbie and Angie, joined the company post-college and currently oversee daily office operations, including customer service, sales, marketing, and accounting functions.

Growing customer demand led Jim Dickerson to expand into Heating & Air and Electrical divisions, becoming a full home services company.
